Would people buy an electric car if there was an efficient method of charging the cars?

I am conducting a little poll to see how many people would use an electric car if it were efficient to charge (multiple charging stations, long range, and low cost).

In other words, would you drive a car that you could pay $0.75 (per 40 miles) to fill up vs. $4.00 (per 40 miles).
Just say YES if you would. Or if you wouldn’t please state why.
